Orders to Denmark are sent with Bring or Postnord. All shipments sent by Ruda Patrice are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment (after signing for receipt of the delivery), this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm CET (with the exception of Danish public holidays). Orders are dispatched within one business day of when they are placed.

During sale we are very busy and processing orders can take a little longer than usually. Provided that your order is in stock you can expect to receive your parcel within 3 - 6 working days. This may take a little longer if you are based outside of Denmark.
Please note that we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the European Union and we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the e-mail, via the link provided.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Ruda Patrice insures each order during the parcel’s time in transit -until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Mads Nørgaard - Copenhagen.
