Terms of trade and delivery for the webshop

These terms and conditions apply to online purchases via the website www.rudapatrice.com.

The website is owned and operated by Ruda Patrice (‘Ruda Patrice’), CVR no. 42139904, Herluf Trolles Gade 21, kld, 1052 Copenhagen K.

Ordering of goods

To place an order via www.rudapatrice.dk, you must have a valid payment card (Mastercard, VISA, VISADankort, Maestro), MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once you have ordered an item on the website, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, after which a final and binding agreement is concluded between you and Ruda Patrice. However, Ruda Patrice makes reservations for obvious printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, etc.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a track & trace message and your invoice by email. We only collect payment when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Payment for goods

Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, VISA or Visa), MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no fee for payment by credit card. The payment will be deducted from your account once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. The amount will automatically be reserved in your account when you place your order. The reservation will be cancelled when the payment is debited from your account. If you cancel your order, the reservation will be deleted within 5 working days. If the reservation is not cancelled, please contact our customer service at daniel@rudapatrice.com. We also refer you to your credit card provider.

You cannot use gift cards as payment in our webshop.

Delivery of goods

The delivery options will be stated in the order summary and can be delivery to a parcel box near you or delivery to a home address in Denmark within 1-4 business days. The shipping price will be stated in connection with your order.

We offer free delivery on purchases of more than DKK 799.00.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will inform you as soon as possible of the reason for the delay and inform you of a new delivery time. Please notify us immediately at daniel@rudapatrice.com in case of delay and it is particularly important for you to receive the goods within a certain time. You can always cancel your purchase up until the time of shipment.

Right of cancellation

You are free to cancel your purchase up until the time of dispatch. You can cancel your purchase by sending an email to daniel@rudapatrice.com. Please include the order number.

You also have a right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from receiving the goods.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us clearly by email to daniel@rudapatrice.com within 14 days of receiving the goods and await instructions from customer service. Please state the reason for the return/cancellation and the order number when making the request.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the goods. If we receive your goods back due to non-collection, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.

You can of course cancel your purchase even if you have examined the goods. However, please handle the goods with care and only to the extent necessary to maintain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We kindly ask you to return the goods with the original box, if provided.

If you have handled the goods beyond what is permitted or if any part of the goods is missing or damaged, you are responsible for the reduced value of the goods and we reserve the right to deduct this reduction in value when making the refund.

Complaints

According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Ruda Patrice provides a 24-month warranty on all purchases made on www.rudapatrice.com. This right of complaint means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. You must complain within a reasonable time after such a defect or deficiency is or should have been discovered.

We recommend that you complain as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect.

You can complain by sending an e-mail to daniel@rudapatrice.com with the following information:

  • A brief description of how the damage or defect occurred.
  • Photo documentation and a brief description of the defect itself. The defect must be clearly visible in at least one of the photos. In addition, you must ensure that your photographs show the entire product.
  • Copy of your order confirmation.

We will process your complaint as soon as possible after we have received your enquiry.

Returns and refunds

When you need to return an item that you have regretted or complained about, you must send the parcel back to our warehouse yourself, following instructions from our customer service.

If you need to return an item that you have cancelled, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you need to return an item that you have complained about under warrenty, Ruda Patrice will cover the cost of return shipping.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you sent us your notice of cancellation or complaint. The address is Ruda Patrice, Herluf Trolles Gade 21, kld, 1052 Copenhagen K. Remember to mark the parcel with ‘Return’.

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund delivery costs and all money for products we have received from you, with any reduction for depreciation in value when put into use or similar, as described above. However, if you only cancel part of your total purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.

The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your complaint or use of the right of cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
