Ruda Patrice does not provide return labels. You’re free to ship your return to us via any major carrier or the post office, but the cost of return shipping is not included. We strongly advise your return shipment to have a traceable service, so it can be located at all times. The item has to be in an unused condition, if the garment is damaged or used we will not issue a refund. The order has to be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Due to the difference in size of material, thickness and the fact that all products are sewn by hand, our upcycled garments may vary up to 1.5 cm on any given measurement.
